Transfer printing process of transfer paper
The various styles, colors and patterns required by customers are processed through computer design - - computer color separation - - electro-engraving - - wheel gravure printing - - heat transfer paper - - heat transfer to polyester chemical fiber fabrics, TC fabrics, plush fabrics, man-made leather and other different materials。 The process printing is more traditional than silk printing and dyeing printing, in the richness of pattern patterns and the clarity of layers。 Colorful, realistic and environmentally friendly, washable, sunproof and hand feel have been greatly improved。 It is a popular printing and dyeing process which is highly respected in the world in the 21st century。
1. Melting method
The ink layer of transfer paper is composed of dye and wax. The ink layer is embedded into the fabric by melting and pressing, so that part of the ink is transferred to the fiber, and then the corresponding post-treatment is made according to the nature of the dye. When melting process is used, higher pressure is needed, and the dye transfer rate increases with the increase of pressure.
2. Ink Layer Peeling Method
When heated, the ink with strong adhesion to the fibers can transfer the whole ink layer to the fabrics under lower pressure, and then fix the dyes according to the properties of the dyes。
3. Sublimation Method
This is the most commonly used method. Using the sublimation characteristics of disperse dyes, the ink is made of disperse dyes with molecular weight of 250-400 and particle diameter of 0.2-2 micron, water-soluble carriers (such as sodium alginate) or alcohol-soluble carriers (such as ethyl cellulose) or oil-soluble resins. The ink is processed for 20-30 seconds on a transfer printing machine at 200-230 degrees C to transfer disperse dyes to synthetic fibers such as polyester. It's fixed.
4。 Swimming method
云南11选5开奖结果The dyes in the ink layer of transfer paper are selected according to the properties of the fibers。 Fabrics are dipped and rolled in a mixture of fixing additives and pastes, and then migrated by hot pressing in wet state to transfer dyes from transfer printing paper to fabrics and fix them。 Finally, the fabrics are treated by steam, washing and other wet treatments。 When dyes are transferred, greater pressure is required between the fabric and transfer paper。
